I have a Sony Ericsson z500a that suddenly lost any substantial speaker volume during converations after being dropped on a rug. I took the phone apart, tried to see if anything was amiss, then put it back together. The volume for all the standard phone sounds are still normal loudness, just the conversations are very muted. Is this a software or hardware issue, and is there a way to repair it? Thank you in advance for your help.
