I have a Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 It's roughly 4 months old. I have had a case on it since I have not dropped it from anywhere high or anything. It just started to feel loose when I slide out the keyboard. I hear a little noise in the phone if i shake it a bit so i assume a little plastic piece or whatever broke off inside it and its loose.
I live in Canada, When I went to Rogers (My phone provider) they gave me Sony Ericssons Phone number and told me to call them, they said it could cost about $100 to fix it...?
The phone isn't a year old so if I send it in too SE will they be able to fix it for free since its just a minor problem (But very annoying when it just slides out randomly)
If any of you had this problem with this phone or any slide phones and Sony fixed them for free or charged you let me know! Thanks Cheers! I'll be contacting them on Monday but Just wanted to get an idea.
