SONY ERICSSON W995 keeps crashing?

my sony ericsson w995 keeps crashing then restarting when i play music, it will play a few songs then do this. i have tried the software update and it says i have the latest software. i dont do anything with the phone it just sits there then the music stops and the phone restarts after about 15 seconds. an ideas??
