I bought my phone around May of last year, and recently it began having issues with charging and would display the error message "Serious Error: Stop use, stop charging, contact Sony Ericsson immediately." at random times, usually after charging during the night. I contacted Sony Ericsson via email and they told me that my phone had water damage and there was nothing they would do.
I've never so much as let rain get on my phone. There is NO water damage.
I am trying to repair the software with Sony Ericsson PC Suite 6.0/Update Service. It gives me an error message saying that I have the latest software, but if I'm having issues I should reinstall the software. So I let the program try and reinstall it, but it just tells me that it couldn't be completed and to contact Sony Ericsson.
I had the battery fully charged and followed all directions.
Now my phone won't even turn on.
What can I do?
