I have a W350 and I mainly bought it to replace my iPod and to have a phone/mp3 player together instead of having to carry around two things in my pocket.
I put some songs on my phone, and for some reason, after a few hours of listening to music, it says "Playback failed" for every single song I try to listen to. If I restart the phone, it plays the song for a few seconds before giving me the same message.
The last time this happened I took out the Memory Stick Micro card and put it back in. This worked for about a 4-5 days, but today while I was listening to music it said "Playback Failed" again.
Is there anyway to make this stop or should I go to AT&T and show them the problem and ask for a new phone/Memory Stick Micro card? I have reinstalled the card yet again for the time being to make it work for a few more days as I'm in college but the next time it happens I will go home and take it to the store where I bought it...
