sony ericsson w205, how do you put the music on to your walkman bit?

i just reecently bought the sony ericsson w205 its a pretty cool little phone, but im totally lost as i have alwyas had samsung phones. i have like 40 odd songs on my m2 card and they come up when i go to my files and music and i can listen to them from there. but i have no idea how to put them onto yur walkman player??? i thought they would automatically load on to it but when i go to the walkman it says no files so im gueesing you have to do something. please help someone. ill be very grateful thanks

You will need to bluetooth them over from your old phone and then they will transferred into the walkman section of your phone automatically
