HI.
NOTHING,MATE

THIS PHONE FROM AT&T(USA) .BEFORE UNLOCK IT WAS PERFECT(I MEAN ,IN USA) IN MY COUNTRY WE HAVE THREE BANDS:
1.900/1800-(ORANGE-IL)
2.900/1800/1900(CELLCOM-IL)
ALREADY I HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE WITH THE PHONES(GSM/ USA) LIKE NOKIA,MOTOROLA.BUT NOW ,I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPEN. I HAVE CHECK
IN THIS PHONE ,IT HAS 900/1800/1900 AND LIST OF EUROPEAN PROVIDERS (CELLCOM ,ORANGE)TOO. VERY STRANGE .

HOW TO REPAIR THIS PROBLEM BY TWISTER,BECAUSE I HAVE NOT ANOTHER DEVICES???

In that case, because that stupid dropdown menu with italic font is impossible to read, I read t216 as t226 and it is working.

Just use fighter...
 
Can a 226 be unlocked without a dongle? If so what software. I just want to remove the sp lock? Thanks
 
I don't think you can change the bandlock with anything but Fighter.

You will need to create a new Security I with the correct bandlock (850/1900). Anything else and you will have reception issues.

Where is IL? I don't know of any European countries that haved 1900MHz..
 
Only way I know of without dongle is remote server. I don't know if any of them support this phone but if they do you will need a t28 service cable and you pay them for the log.

ALSO I FEEL FOR SONYERICSSON NEEDED ONLY FIGHTER ,NOT TWISTER/UFS.

What does the dongle do? can you refer me to an inexpensive remote site? are dongles expensive and where do i find se fighter Thanks
 
I agree that Fighter is best.

I think you are thinking of 1800, not 1900.

You can read T226 with the T230 opt.
Only use the READ ALL CODES and the phone will be unlocked!!

Tested many times!! in USA T226 (Cingular)

Once you have received your Sony Ericsson T226 unlocking code, it is very simple to enter it:

1. Remove the SIM card. Turn your handset ON
2. PRESS the left arrow ONE TIME
3. PRESS the * button TWO TIMES
4. PRESS the left arrow ONE TIME
5. The message "Personalize with MNC2" will appear
6. You may now enter the Unlocking Code we sent to you. It may be necessary to PRESS ENTER or OK
