I recently requested for GPRS activation for my Sony Erocsson Mobile C702. My operator is BSNL and I am residing in Tamil Nadu. I got the settings GPRS settings as message. After I installed the settings, I also got a confirmatory message from the operator that my GPRS has been activated and I will be able to access internet in 24 hours. But even after 2 days I am unable to connect to internet and I am getting the following error.
"Connection Failure. Check Settings. If Problem persists, please contact your operator for support."
I contacted the BSNL customer care. But the issue is still not resolved. They say that they are trying o resolve. I would like to know if there anything wrong and is it a common problem across.
If any of you have faced a similar issue, kindly let me know how you resolved the same.
