Sony Ericsson C903 Diverted Calls?

Hi guys, I've just bought a phone off my mate and something seems to be wrong-I can text and call people, but they can't text me or call me back :L also, when i try to turn of 'divert all calls' it says 'unsuccessful' and in standby mode it says 'inactive sim'. PLZ PLZ PLZ can anyone help me as i have no warranty or insurance? thank u very much in advance
 
Contact your service provider and ask for Tech Support. They can override any settings your phone has previously set for the system. They can also walk you through how to restore factory default settings for your phone.
