sony ericsson c902 is two months old and the battery icon seems out of calibration?

Why is the battery showing full at 74% it wasn't doing this before and I have always had sony phones

Try charging it with a USB connected to your computer and wait about 4 hours then see if It is Fully Charged!

try charging it in your car.
