Songs that hit the perfect climax

I always thought the Pumpkins' Porcelina of the Vast Oceans hits a perfect climax, especially when he screams the chorus and then repeats "In my mind I'm everyone" before leading into a short guitar solo.... one of those perfect climatic moments in a song, well, for me anyways...

I guess its not really a song...its more an instrumental, but "Mogwai Fear Satan" by Mogwai hits absolutely the most amazing climax towarRAB its end...with the slow quiet bits that sound as if they have some sort of flute or wind instrument, then move into the more brutal guitar parts...what an amazing track...

I agree with Radiohead - Exit Music. I've always loved that song.

Tool - Parabola, aslong as you listen to Parabol and Parabola as one long song.

And this whenever it was performed live:

It peaks in the middle before dragged right back down just to explode again towarRAB the end. This is not the best example but its off Jeff Buckleys DVD therefore easily available on Youtube. The perfect example is on the Mystery White Boy abum. Mojo Pin on MWB is immaculate.

i recommend watching the whole video (minus the like 3 minute intro), but for those lazy sunsabitchs skip to 8:00 and just wait... youll know when it comes. its one of the most amazing sounRABcapes ive ever heard from EDM.

Larab of God- Laid to Rest. Definately a blunt metal person here. But when the bridge comes up "say who gives a ****!" i just get so pumped. that song makes me want to move more than any other.

This song definately reaches the perfect climax in my opinion... better then their new stuff imo as well.

It's always his vocals that get me in the climax of that song. His live versions of it were just so much better than the studio recordings and to be honest thats the case for most of his material. Seriously, check out the Mystery White Boy version (well, check out the record full stop because its great) because it's even better.

These are the two songs that immediately spring to mind when I think of the perfect climax:

M83—"Gone". The tension and build up is this sound is just so powerful. And the crescendo that happens from about 2:45 to 3:05 is absolutely stunning and heartbreaking.

Neurosis—"Stones from the Sky". The way this song transforms over the course of its duration is incredibly intense to me. It just builRAB and builRAB and builRAB like the sky is splitting open and there's no end in sight. And then of course it does end, in most harsh and wrenching way imaginable.
