Ok I'm pretty freaked out but here's what happens.I just fell asleep about 30 min ago and I just suddenly woke up but could not movemy body or open my eyes.I freaked out.I was 100% consious but I couldn't move my body or open my eyes.The only thing I felt was fear.I also felt like electricity was flowing through me.The whole thing lasted about about 3 seconds I think.
I remember this happening to me before.It happens to me last year about 3 tomes I think.
Any doctor or a professional know if this is normal?
