Something to replace my ETEN M600

I need to find a phone to replace my 2 month old ETEN M600. This phone is horrible as the ring and vibrate are so poor I miss 90% of my calls. It also crashes with the latest ROM updates.

I'm looking for something with the following

PocketPC - WM5
Quad Band GSM
Internal Antenna
Wi-Fi
Skype Capable (if possible) 312Mhz+
Bluetooth
Small form factor

qtek 9100 or qtek s200 would be a good choice, they only have a 200mhz omap processor though, but the good thing is they can be overclocked to run skype, if you can wait then the HTC hermes is supposed to be released this year and I think its supposed to have a 300mhz
