Something is wrong with my jeep!!!!! please help?

WHATS WRONG WITH MY JEEP?
I have a 1990 jeep cherokee 112 k.

I have several problems with it.

1: The engine has to go up to around 7 rpm in order to change the gear.
2: I have a yellow/green fluid leaking from it
3: For some reason I cant switch to the 4x4 (THE SHIFTER WONT EVEN MOVE)

Please tell me what might be wrong with it?

for the answer to #1 thats your trans that is going bad and for #2 its antifreezeand #3 your transfer case could be bad hope that helped thanks
