Something is vibrating on the driver side of my 2002 Chevy Impala Dashboard.. HELP?

The sound is coming from the driver side closer to the windshield infront of the instrument cluster.
What do i do? Does anyone know Impalas or chevys in general and can pinpoint this a little for me?
