Something feels wrong with my health. What do I do?

I've been feeling physically ill for the past week. It's not just one thing, it's a couple of things. 1. I had pleural effusion about 2 years ago. It started off as a very sharp pain on my right side next to my breast. It carried on for 2 weeks and finally they found it. I think I'm starting to get the same pain on my left side and I'm experiencing difficulty breathing. 2. My muscles in my entire body hurt. I haven't been exercising at all. The muscles that really bother me are all in my back. My shoulder blades and my upper, middle and lower back - everytime the pain "shoots" through one of the above and I wince. 3. I have a normal 7 day period, I experience pain in the first 2 days and thereafter I kind of forget I'm on as there's little to no pain or discomfort. I'm on my 7th day today and I still feel pain. It feels as though there's a raw open wound in my uterus. I have never felt this pain before. Normally I bleed heavily on the first 2 nights and after that I only have to use tampons during the day. Last night (6th night) was the first night I could go without using a tampon. Nothing is normal about this month's period (it also started 3 days late). 4. When I turn my head to the left to look that way, a throbbing pain shoots through the left side of my head. When I bend down and my head is on a lower level than my shoulders, I get this pain as well. I honestly don't know what to do. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. I haven't been to the doctor because none of these symptoms seem to be connected and I wouldn't know where to begin or what to say to make them understand. :(
