Something creepy happened.?

Ok. So I was riding the bus when something creepy happened.

It's really hard to explain though but I'll do my best.

It started with pain in my chest a little more to the left side than the right. Then my arms went numb (Almost as if something were crawling inside them, a weird feeling) my legs as welll.
And it felt like I lost grip from reality. Almost like a dream. It was terrible and I didn't feel very well after that. More panicked.

Does anyone know what happened?
Serious answers please.
 
Could just be heartburn. It's just acid in your stomach which causes some pain below your heart. Your arms going numb could just have been you freaking out thinking there was something wrong with your heart. You'll be fine, if pain persists visit your doctor.
