something about getting my hair dyed?

i am gonna get my hair dyed in a few days, i want to know the price listed, about permanent coloured, does it include getting your hair cut first?

I think using kool aid as a hair dye color is more good to use because it's just a juice and it doesn't contain harsh chemicals that can harm the hair.
