Awhile back I traded my 97 Caddilac Deville for a 1980's Datsun 200sx in really good condition. We traded titles and whatever then I left satisfied with my car which I've come to love and its a classic which is awesome, but He never signed or regestered the car in his name and he abandoned it in the next city and its accumulating tickets and today will get declared abandoned and i get fined again. He won't answer his cell and I'm not sure what to do I'm only 17 and have no job and almost poor I need help from anyone. I have a paper from the police telling me the VIN and where the car is. This man has the Title and all the keys. I can't pay the fines and they will take the car from him if I don't pay but I can't register a new car till that gets paid in full and resolved. Please help I don't know what to do. BTW I live in Wisconsin
