I do? While on the highway I merged into the fast lane at same same time as the car behind me, he started tailgating like mad so switched back to the right lane. He then pulls up next to me and I ignore him. Then he throws something at my car, flips me the bird, and speeds off. I took down his license plate number but im not sure what to do with it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
