Ok. I think this is in the right place. I'm just REALLY pissed the fuck off. I know most people hate these things but just do me a favor and read it and tell me what I should do. Keep in mind that this chick is 17 and I'm 18.Plus, I have a class with her brother, he sits next to me, and thats the only time i ever talk to him.

Don't worry about it. Just ignore the person and if she does anything then contact the police because shit has a home......., called prison.

You should have just ignored her to begin with in my opinion. It just looked like you were feeding fuel to the fire there. I know it's hard to just let things like that go without defending yourself, but that is the more adult thing to do.

Taking care of a child, alone no less, is a huge responsibility. One must be, or force themselves to be as mature an adult as one possibly can be.

By worrying about petty high school drama confrontation to this degree, you are not showing, in my opinion, what is to be the mentality of a mature adult nurturer.

Ultimately my advice is: You are more important than these seventeen year old drama-queen gossip princesses at the high school. They aren't shit in this world, you, however are an adult, an adult that is responsible for the care of a growing human being. Therefore, you should take no heed to what these worthless high school kids say.

Unless I missed something, like are you in "love" with this chick's brother. . . or if there is something deeper here that would make this whole situation actually important? If not, I don't see the big deal here, or how it even affects you really, I would just stay clear of the bitch.

That is just my 2 cents. I'm guessing your a senior now, so this time next year you'll never have to deal with 99% of the student body you currently socialize with anyway.

The reason I didn't ignore her is because when I get pissed I can't help but fight back. It's in my nature and I refuse to back down from a fight if it comes down to that. If she tries anything then I WILL report her ass to the fucking cops(unless I can get DG here first!!). No matter how much I dislike the cops here, I will do what it takes to protect my child. I'm just glad I have friends that will provide back up if neccasary. Otter, I'll see you tomorrow!
 
DG is exactly right. Take it to the cops now; if not for yourself then for your kid. NOBODY has the right to threaten you with physical violence, but when they threaten your kid they deserve to get thrown into where a giant she-bear named bertha will make love to her with a plunger handle.

Seriously, call the cops first thing in the morning, tell them you're afraid for your safety and that of your child. Talk to the school, tell them she's threatening you with violence. Tell Scott what's going on. And as DG said; tell the people who call you a narc to fuck off, you don't play around when it comes to children.

I don't understand why she's so pissed though. Her brother is 15 and I only met him because he's in my class. I talk to him online and in second period. That's it. So..WTF?!?!
 
nothing wrong with talking. Just keep in mind it's still statutory if you're the adult and he's not legal yet ;) though i can't think of anyone being prosecuted when it's the woman who's 18 and the guy who isn't.

Anyways, seeing you two together should shut her up a bit. But you still let the police know so they have a record of it. Better safe than sorry.

I wouldn't do that. I'm working things out with my daughters father (SLOWLY!!) and luckily for me, he's 20. So yeah, not a minor, I can't get arrested. :)
 
If you take it to the police now and she continues to threaten you, she will be arrested for harrasment. Plus, that will set you up well in the eyes of the law if you and her get into a fight. Because then you can say she attacked you and you don't have to worry about it, no matter what her bubble butt friends say.
