Someone reported my YouTube comment as spam. What do I do?

I don't spam anyone, and someone reported one of my comments on a YouTube video as spam. YouTube alerted me saying that this was my warning, and that comment was deleted. If you do it again, your account will be suspended. But, I have never left any spams even on YouTube. Either somebody accidently clicked on the spam button, or they reported my comment because they didn't like what I said. Does YouTube even read the comments? What can I do? What's the email of YouTube so I can contact them?
