I have a cycled 35 gallon hex tank with
5 zebra danios
1 dwarf gourami*
3 cory cats
2 red platies*
The fish with the star means some have died... First I had 2 Dwarf gourami's that were fine, until one of them fell sick (it had a bloated stomach and was hanging around at the top) it wasn't dropsy, because the scales didn't "pine cone" that one died. Then I got another Gourami to pair up the other one. They were fighting a bit, but everything went quiet for a while and then one day the older gourami had this big chunk taken out of its mouth. I did my reasearch and discovered that it was a possible mouth fungus. A couple of days later that one died.
The same day I bought the new Gourami to pair up with the older one, I bought 3 platies. They were doing fine until one of them lost it's fins completely, then died! I really don't understand what is happening in my tank right now, because my only gourami left is having the same symptoms as the first one, I only know what is going to happen... \
Someone please help me!!
I am just about to do a water test and a water change so I will put the results of the water test up in a bit, if that will help you guys diagnose the problem.
thanks a bunch
Water Test was completely normal for me:
Ammonia: 0ppm
Nitrite: 0.1ppm
P.H: 7.3
