Someone help me with my New version of the HTC Hero?

Every time I go to youtube and click a video it says,"Cannot Play Video." Under that it says,"Sorry, this video cannot be played."And it only gives me one button to click and that is OK. I have to click on the same video about 5 times or so to make it work. Whats wrong? Please help me resolve this by telling me step-by-step instructions.Thnx

Download the file on your PC first, it's a zip. Then extract the zip, it'll extract a cab. upload this cab onto your phone, then run it. It'll install.
