I have sharp pains all over my head especially on the sides of my head. My vision is perfect, im not dizzy, everything feels fine except the tightness in my head and tense feeling behind my neck and back of the head for about 2 weeks now. I do stress a lot and worry constantly. I've done a blood test and everything came out okay. I'm worried that this could be a brain tumor or something worse! I don't know what to do! How do I know if this is serious or not? I've gone to the ER so many times for other symptoms and I always come out fine. I'm tired of spending money I don't really have. Someone please help me. I'm afraid to die!!! >.< I'm only 19
