someone gave me $1000 deposit to hold a car for them I was selling. after 4 weeks of messing me around they decided they didnt want to buy it. and now want there money back. Now i have to re adverise, get another road worthy, and also the rego is due because i had to hold on to it for so long. i think i should keep the money as it is now costing me to sell it. Is this legal in Queensland, Australia?
