Somebody put my phone in the toilet .ha ha ha..not funny

Yeah well somebody did. I changed for PE class my phone was gone then i heard "somebodys phones in the toilet" and im like WHAT? So i run to the toilet to find my motorolla phone is in the toilet. By this time I'm fucking flaming , my whole body is red im getting 2nd degree burns from this shit. I'm pissed off. (im well established in school everybody knows me to be pretty easygoing if you dont A: Hit me in the privates or B: Mess with my posessions) . So what do i do like an idiot i scream "WHO THE FUCK DID THIS" as loud as i can. I didnt give a shit that there was a teacher in the next room. The room stops nobody has a look on there face. Then it goes into choas everybody pointing fingers. So we get outside and i scream again "who wants to get there shit handed to them" (im 6' in 8th grade soo i feel thats an ok thing to say...plus if i was 4' i would still do it im pissed) At that time i would have knocked the little wanker around a bit, then politly asked for my money. Since everythings calmed down im going to go to school tomorrow and ask around if it comes to it tell one of the teachers. Then they will preasure the little fuck to give me cash for it. I still want advice...do you think its safe to beat the living hell out of the little bastard and ask for money. Or should i just get my money and leave him with something to think about it. I obviusly want to beat the hell out of him and i really want my money back. Money is my main concern im poor and im afraid i cant afford another one
 
Just ask for money. he screwed with something that cost you money and now because the little moron broke it, he has to pay for it. Losing money like that should hopefully be enough to teach him not to touch your shit. If it's definite it's him and he refuses to give you the money, no reason why you can't tell the teacher/principal and explain you've done what you can to be polite and rational about the situation to the dillweed, but now you are at a point where you feel you can't do anything else, but you do not want him to walk away without learning to consequenses of breaking other people's things. Teachers/principals can offer advice and maybe even some pressure on the little pissant. If nothing works, and he's still not giving you the money, then slap him around a little bit. But nothing damaging. Beating the crap out of him is what he'd desreve. But, if you don't want to get into trouble with school and do the more adult thing, you have to go the long way and make this kid's life way more difficult (mental warfare works wonders). That method actually will make a bigger and long-lasting impact for future issues.
 
Find out who did it and if it was on purpose (could always be an accident).

If itw as on purpose, ask them for money to replace it.

If no money, then yeah, beat the shit out of him. You're in 8th grade... that makes you what... 15? Worst case scenario you'll go to Juvie or equivalent for a week. Once you get to around 18 where you get tried as an adult I'd be more careful, but I'd kick his ass...


Also, try yanking the battery and SMART card in it and find the serial number of the phone, the model number, find something similar used on ebay and you might get lucky and find one for super cheap, plug in your old shit and be good to go. You'll have to make sure it's the same phone company AND the same phone, though. The SMART card is what will let you keep your phone number and maybe all of your saved numbers and such too. Depends.
 
If it's in a school, you will only suspended for 3-5 days. If you fuck him up really badly, there could be some repercussions.

It was when I was a teenager, anyways.
 
In my school, anyone involved in a fight, even if you were just assaulted and ran away, is a month minimum. More than 30 school days off per semester = fail.
 
Yeah in my preppy as little hic school (its not an oxymoron, hics can be preppy i see it every day) the little fuck would probably sue me. Nobody had the balls to say it was them or was dumb enough to brag about it. So whatever life goes on im getting another phone i guess.
