The Marshall Plan was a massive aid program to rebuild Europe after the ravages of World War II. What reason did the Soviet Union give for declining U.S. aid?

A. U.S. refusal to end atomic weapons testing
B. Forced use of capitalistic ideals
C. The Iron Curtain
D. Unfavorable currency rates
 
It could be B or C, because the Iron Curtain was their foreign policy of rejecting capitalistic ideas...so the two run hand in hand. It's not A and it's not D.
