Some tips in drawing anime/manga?

I've been drawing Anime/Manga for almost 1 year and hell I dont see any improvements , my Anime seems cartoon-like , I've already have the whole series of "How to draw manga" it helps me a bit , but Im not contented in my drawing .

Any tips from Pro' Manga artist out there? or do you know any website that provides free manga lesson , like manga university , but the lesson there is generalized .
