Some Questions about google nexus one?

I Have ordered a google n1 through ebay usa..but i live in india..so how long does it take to land here....
Ah anyway..It comes with 2.1 eclair.....so i want to update it to the latest version 2.3.4..Then I noticed that the phone doesn't have a pc suite..if it has
what is its name..and can i update directly from 2.1 to 2.3.4 is it possible......??Please guys Help me.

I'm not sure how long it will take to land, but for your other question regarding to updates:

You can update the N1 to Android 2.3.4 via OTA updates. It doesn't require a PC Suite to update. The Nexus line receives updates faster than any other Android phones out there (since it's sent directly from Google instead of manufacturers and carriers). So in other words you can update directly from Android 2.1 to 2.3.4. You just have to go into Settings and then About phone and there should be a Software Update option there.
