I have to do this project for school, for it we have to find a poem and do a report on the poet. Unfortunately I've been having an off week. I don't want to do a very popular poet, just someone who has some good, powerful work. I'm just asking for some names of people's favorite poets! thanks so much! It'd help too if you could put down your favorite poem by them!! I would like poems that are happy, a friend of mine just passed away and I don't want gloomy stuff. I want poems and poets that embraced life, or at least did in their work! Thanks!
