...was in my backpack.? A friend loans an iPod to friend2, friend2 leaves iPod in backpack while going to the restroom when friend2 returns he/she discovers that it's missing from her backpack. Friend1 blames friend2 for the loss. Should friend2 provide a new iPod for friend1 when it was not initially her/his fault?
 
yeah it was in there possesion and they assume responsibility when they accept the property.
