some of my fish have been laying eggs, but which ones?

i have clown loaches, gouramis, and harlequins, the females look like theyre full of eggs, but, sometimes when i'm checking the tank or doing a water change, i come across eggs, they don't seem to belong to any of the fish as there arent any of them going near them, they just leave them there till they start to rot and i have to take the eggs out. whats happened to them?
 
Clown loaches are VERY hard to breed, they have bred on rare accounts, so it is safe to say it is not them. Gouramis build bubble nests so I would have to say you most likely have a male(They are the more colorful ones) and they can't lay eggs! It is probably the harliquins.
