some guys say my friend shot their house up,the police got his gun for testing.?

If the bullet matches his gun is that enough to send him to jail with no other evidence?
 
No. After all, his gun could have been used by someone else and even if they find his fingerprints on it, they would need more evidence. (Because obviously his fingerprints will be on his own gun)

It is, however, quite reasonable circumstantial evidence. If there were, say, a witness who could describe someone similar to him performing the act, then he might be at risk.
 
If your friend would fly off the handle and do something like that without even trying to get away with it, do you really want to be their friend?
 
hard to say...whats the charge? disterbing the peace/ felon in possition of a gun? could go from nothing to 5 yrs in jail...house empty? people in it? maybe reckless endangerment?
