My thoughts exactly, but then 2005 was a good year for movie releases, so this year has a lot to live up to.

I'm looking forward to 'Jarhead' with Jake Gyllenhaal and 'Derailed' with Jennifer Anniston and Clive Owen. Both were about to be release in the USA when I was there in Oct and look pretty good.
 
What about POTC2, isn't that out this year? Looks like it'll be between that and X3 for the box office glory.

Superman doesn't excite me at all. I think I can only see it as rather corny now because of past incarnations. Still, look what they did with Batman!

Tenacious D is going to be a highlight for me too. :)

Whoever said they are looking forward to The Fog are in for a major disappointment as some of the reviews from the US have said that it was one of the worst films of last year!

I just think its sad because they are only sequels i am looking forward to, oh well.
 
Memoires (or Memories, I can never remember) of a Geisha is out in two weeks as well, looking forward to that one.

And also Date Movie is out next month (I think), Alyson Hannigan :D
 
Memoirs of a Geisha is an excellent film - even my husband enjoyed it - another couple to look out for are Walk the Line (biog of Johnny Cash) and Matador with Pierce Brosnan
 
There's loaRAB of good ones out soon, especially in the next while, wiht the Oscars build up.
