And i wondered if it is going to hatch considering it is not in water, also there seem to be two frogs, and one seems to be permantly on the others back, even when jumping. is this a mutant frog?
what should I do about the frod spawn, half of it has been laid on the cat litter tray!
if it hatches will i be overrun with frogs?

and the 2 frogs are maiting

you could ask round local primary schools see if they want any (not for lunch) as they often have ponds or take to local pond - seems as if the frogs got misled somewhere - as to the stuff in the litter tray well bin it to be honest try to catch the two frogs and take them to a local pond as well - they will die without water.

Every year i have a huge mound of frog spawn in my little water feature and i take it out and place it in a huge plastic tub (you see them in cheapo shops and they have lids but i dont use the lid.). three quarters fill the tub and put spawn in it then wait - the evolution process never ceases to amaze me.. from little black dots into little tadpoles then into tiny little frogs. Of course the male frog will cling onto the back of the female frog - this is how they mate. Once the frogs have laid the spawn they dont take any more interest in it. It is unfortunate that when these little frogs - and i mean little - one would just about be able to sit on your little finger nail - start going out and about to find food thousands of them get eaten by birds (which is a good thing in one way otherwise we would be overrun with frogs). Personally as soon as they turn into little frogs i feed them crushed fish food pellets. They love it but it must be crushed very fine.. I hope you are successful with your frogs - unless of course you dont like them - lots of fok dont but they are good for gardens because they eat slugs and all the nasties. You will of course have to put some large stones buiilt up in the tub to enable frogs to get out of tub preferably so that they can land on some sort of garden plant - not on to concrete.

gently scoop the frog spawn up and put it in cool water,if there is a pond near you then put it in there, the frogs are mating and not mutant frogs, there must be a pond near you, they will stay like this for a while as the male climbs on the female and hangs on for dear life, hope this helps honey but don't worry you will not be over run with frogs.

taking it all and putting it near a pond in ur area also about the frog on the other frogs back thats called mating
