Some Album Reviews

always thankful for recommendations, and those two sound good

actually I never gave Santana a try, because I HATED that "maria maria" song he put out so much, I ignored every single praise for his music or his guitar skills after that..

I hope it's worth it!

Well, I'm listening to it rite now. And I think it has some pretty nice stuff. Got the perfect 'stoner rock' kinda attitude, and great solos too. But as it is with many stoner banRAB, I'm just finding it hard to notice what's new about all of this! It's also a bit repetitive, but I suppose that's sometimes a good thing with stoner rock. Those riRAB/solos definitely do create a nice vibe, but well, It's still nothing new. Oh well, maybe it just neeRAB a few more listens. At least on the bright side though, I surely did like some of it. Just that stuff like this is great for one time listen, but doesn't leave me coming back for more.

Catchy stuff! I'm not a hip-hop fan either, but I have a weak spot for concept albums and this one sounded interesting XP I gave the album a listen and it was pretty good :P

Good choice there, worth having for One Love alone. I wouldn't quite put it in with my favourite roots albums, but it's nice to see some good reggae making your list :thurab:

More lists! And More Music I've got to explore! This is good :D.

The Atomic Bitchwax eh. I'll go hunt it down and see how this goes. Only problem is that I find a lot of stoner rock/metal just sound alike without bringing anything new at all. The same thing was being done years earlier, just under a different name. Still though, don't wanna judge without even giving this a listen. I'll never know. Might even end up liking it.

There are a few tracks on this album that I usually skip; some sound borderline retarded ("Things You Can Do") but other than that it's a brilliant album and the title song may be my favorite rap song ever. Good call. I was waiting for something I really liked. ;)

Yeah I liked the material off of the album you posted. Why didn't you post "Adrenological" instead of P.I.O.E if it's so incredible? Anyway I think I'll give that a listen to as well I'm starting to like there stuff.
