5x+3y=-7

Okay I know I have to multiply the top one by 2 and the bottom one by 3 to get 10x+6y=-14 & 21x - 6y=51 when you added them it will give you 31x=37 so you x=37/31 now what I do not know how to do is plug it in to the second equation...will someone please show me how to do this and arrive at the correct answer?
