There are 2 mothers and 2 daughters, they go to the store and they each buy 1 pair of shoes. There are 3 pairs of shoes in all. how is this possible.


NOTE: I will soon display the answer.
 
Girl 1: Mother of girl 2
Girl 2: Daughter of girl 1, mother of girl 3
Girl 3: Daughter of girl 2

So mom, grandma, and grandaughter went shoe shopping.
