ok my father recently started recieving social security but owes child support how is it fair that they can take out more than half his check and still make him pay a spin down ... is there anything we can do cause i thought that if your single and recieving social security above 600 i think it is then they will make u pay a spin down but now we are gonna get alot less so why does he still have to pay?
