americans and australians call it soccer and the europeans call it football.
waht do u think should be the right term??

im australian n i think football

a game using your foot to kick a ball....is called FOOTBALL.
a game running with the ball in hands is called RUGBY
a game where you shoot a ball through a net is called NETBALL

any other names for these games are made up by New World countries and are WRONG.

It is football plain and simple ie they play foot to ball not pick it up and run with it!!!

Football. The US and Oz versions should probably be called handball as kicking is only a part, especially the grid iron stuff.

Good Girl, it is and will always be Football!

how can the Americans take our Game of Footy and change it to Soccer, then have the cheek to call there game Football when they hardly use there foot to ball in it!

Same as a World Series Baseball where only American teams are in it!
