Soccer exercises that i can use at the gym?

You got the right idea bro, workout...i was just under 100 kgs and now i lost 25! Im 6'1'', so that makes me look even better. Most of the exercises you performe in football are stretchings and tonning, try combining them with weight training.....
 
So pretty much honestly im obese but i can play soccer and keep up with guys that are twice as fit as me but my resistence is bad. I need to know how can i get back into soccer form when i was younger i am 5'6 1/2 and weigh 220 lbs at this moment? What exercises an drills can i do to work my way up to get into college training contending?
