so why is it that people stereo type?

i mean... it just annoys me how women are always concidered to do the stay at home cleaning cooking while men are out there bustin there butts off working. or if someone was to see a chik be an elctritian or a machanic people would just think twice about them hoping their knowing what they're doing, or like if a guy wants to be a hair dresser or a fashion designer his automatically concidered GAY! it just frustrates me

Humans by nature are terrified of the unknown. So what do we do? We come up with names and titles. Something cannot exist without a title or name. As an example, we look at ancient civilizations and what do we do? We can't just acknowledge their existence. No, we have to figure out when they were alive, what they did, how they spoke, what they were called, why they died. I mean I'm all for seeking knowledge, but sometimes answers aren't needed. What happens when we "know" everything and have given everything in the universe a name/title? Where do we go from there?
