So who are the serious candidates for president for 2012?

Alvin Greene. He should have equivalent experience as Obama did by then if he gets elected in SC.

I definitely thinks so.

It's going to be more of the same shit though, from either side. You can count on it.

Hillary vs Obama: The rematch.

Newt vs Romney for the neo-cons. MAYBE Bobby J, depending on how things pan out from the oil spill.

Too early for the other parties.

If the Bobby J that showed up in his first run for Louisiana governor shows up, he could be a contender.

If the Bobby J that gave the rebuttal speech to Obama's first State of the Union, he won't make it past Iowa.

Obama's ship was sinking before the oil spill, it's sank now. He checked his own ticket by being a celebrate and not a leader.

Because I don't think he was merely stating that Mitt would be in the running, but that he is actually a good candidate.

Romney, Huckabee, Palin, Jindal, Rand Paul would you really want one of these over Obama, no matter how bad you think obama is ...

Obama's the democratic lock.

Republicans have a bit of a problem on their hands when it comes to motivation. Neocons think scaring people to the polls is the best idea. Tea Partiers want a fresh face in Washington. Fiscal Conservatives are more worried about the budget.
There really is a deep crack down the party. I'd say Palin and Jindal are out. They may run, but they won't win. Huckabee doesn't have a message that resonates with the entire country, just the mid-west and south. If I had to guess right now I'd say Romney would be the front runner from the GOP. Someone who hasn't been in office for a while (so you can't pin any of the recent problems on him). He's also laid kind of low and not been out in the open making stupid comments like Palin about drilling.

Right now I'd say Romney...with neocons/social cons scaring their voters enough to forget about him being a Mormon.

i would take a death dumb quadriplegic president over the existing one... but to be fair its less to do with him specifically and more to do with i don't want 95% of the legislation that we are pushing for
