you kill them it says "you can walk away to spare their life" what happens if you do this? I have been killing everyone but if you dont do you fail the mission?
 
The only two options I've got so far are Dwaynes GF and the drug dealer Francis sent me after. I let the chick live and wacked the dealer.

She showed up later on as one of those people you run into on the street and do something for, but that's it.
 
i haven't gotten up to a point where ive been given an option yet

but

i'm like 20 hours in and i've killed about a million dudes, some of which i knew were totally innocent....i'm supposed to have a conscience all of a sudden?
 
I accidentally killed that guy that Francis sends you out to kill that hangs out at the import/export car shop. I didn't know it was supposed to be a moral choice until it was too late.
 
Same here. I'm killing everybody this time and whenever I get bored and play the story over again, then I'll be Mr. Nice Guy and let everyone live.
