so whats up with ATT being so gad darn slow in upgrading the captivate i897

to 2.2. I bought this phone while? I bought this phone while it was being praised for its impressive capabilities. That was in July of 2010 each month thereafter there's been promises of it being upgraded from 2.1 to 2.2. 2.1 is basically a tool that is worth about nothing in today's world of phones. I can't get adobe flash which eliminates many of the cool goodies others can enjoy with 2.2. Also I am frustrated enough to want to raise hell but who do you go too?.Even on SAMSUNG website you can't even find the i897 in the list of models of all their phones. And this happens in almost all searches pertaining to this particular model. It's like a forgotten orphan nobody wants to claim
