So what tools are better in coral draw than photoshop and illustrator?

what tools are better what tools are worse for eg which is better illustrators live trace or coral draws power trace. i can't even find a good tool in illustrator or photoshop that has a good spraypaint affect like in microsoft paint, come on rant what do u find unsatisfying or praise them what tool do u find really good

I'd go for corel all the time, more so photopaint for editing video frames by frame.
