So when Frenzy notifies the Decepticons that he has located the allspark all the decepticons report in and say they're on their way. The first one to respond is Barricade (I thought he was killed by Bumblebee).

Barricade is leading the way with Destroyer and Bonecrusher not far behind. However when they engage the Autobots at the end there is no sign of Barricade ever again, he never transforms, he never fights, he just disappeared.

Was this a fuck up on Michael Bays part???
 
apparently in the movie book there's a fight on the freeway where Barricade gets killed (when Sam notices 'that's the same cop car from before').

I'm guessing they got cold feet (he tested well) and they decided to not kill him so they could bring him back.
 
Barricade was very cool. Blackout as well. And although I was prepared to hate him I can honestly say that modern Bumblebee >>>>>>> oldschool version imho.
 
Yeah, he wasn't as bad as I thought he was going to be...although it's not like it's hard to improve the only autobot to ever get a flat tire (glassjoe's line ).




I don't know, that's the only blurb I read about it. He was definitely still alive after the fight w/ BB though.
 
Yea Blackout was bad ass... Something else I thought was silly was the items that transformed after Sam ran through with the allspark what happened with them?!
 
So, wait....the lack of character development, completely worthless sub plots and cheesy dialogue didn't bother you, but the unresolved issue of a sight gag Mountain Dew machine and xbox 360 coming to life did?
 
at the end when theyre dropping megatron into the ocean, you can see what looks like a Black door with white lettering on it on the boat. Im assuming thats him if thats what it is?
