No such thing.

That's just the interest I get from my investments.

Believe me there are only a handful of people on OT that make more bank than me.

With that in mind, I must tell you all how we must fix this immigration problem.

Who cares? That's the point. If they are documented they already have to show their green card when asked...did you not read? They already have to inform the proper agency of an address change, etc. What changes for them? They already can't have state aid, they already pay the taxes for it.

And its not just latinos and hispanics that this effects.

This is about illegals.

Anything not covered in the Constitution falls under the 10th Amendment which is States' Rights.

Immigration Laws are a State's Right. You should probably just /yourself instead of trying to /thread.

If they're being tried in Civilian courts then yes they are.
If they're being tried by Military Tribunals then no, they don't have to be.

Well, it wouldn't be unprecedented. See what happened in the 90's when California attempted to pass an unconstitutional law on immigration.

By doubling our border patrol resources.

Hell triple it.

If you were to take a mere $1Billion in funding from Iraq and give it to the Border Patrol in those states to hire new agents, it would make a night/day different.

Because you're claiming to be in college but do not know what dialect is. And the differences between it and another language.

you act like you guys hate illegal immigrants when in reality you have dark skinned people in general . stop lying to yourselves and be honest.

l33tpilot's proof that he makes as much money as he says he does went the way of his proof the administration suing Arizona.

He hasn't done a good job proving he has any sort of education either. lol

Do what? You mean actually enforce laws? Just like we've been doing - it is never going to be perfect, that's not the point.

And your "argument" makes no sense - yes citizens and legal immigrants and visitors, etc. all can and do commit crimes - does that mean we should ignore a group of people who we could stop from doing this? Just because we can't stop everyone?

Maybe.

That's all I ever hear in Europe..."sorry I don't speak American, I speak English"

No lie
