The fuck? Where did you get that from?

Do you not know about Guantanamo detainees being tried in New York by civilian courts? http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2009/nov/13/guantanamo-bay-september-11-trial

Seriously, do you know anything at all about what you're saying, or are your questions just completely inane?!?

I have a friend from Greece and he was disabled on the job and he gets nothing. Can't sue the employer and he cannot collect disability

You can say whatever you want. You can't prove anything, can you.
Where's the other OT'ers saying you make this much?

BTW, my bi-weekly is $2,407.08

I'm not sick of paying for them, yet. I'm unconvinced the cons outweigh the pros. Cheap labor is a great thing for an economy, alot of Illegals are in fact paying taxes, and 99% of the Mexican families I know are good, solid, Catholic family structures. Given how close I am to the boarder I'm certain more than what I know about are illegal.

Honestly, I think like most economics it's pointless to argue about we should kick em' out because of money. The whole thing is too convoluted. Let the Sociologists figure this issue out.

The republicans can't even get support to send the troops to the border.

Nor could they tackle immigration when they were in power.

That's because it doesn't exist. The OP is too much of a coward to admit that he was wrong.

a) the article does not say anything about he cannot be legally prosecuted under the Constitution because he is not a legal resident.

b) illegals stand trial the same way as legal citizens EVERY DAY in all 50 states.

c) please, stop talking.

well they gotta do something about it, if our federal government isn't gonna do their job.

i agree it's kind of a harsh law, but at least they're trying to fix the problem

There is no way you are going to rationalize "They speak Mexican" by arguing that it's a different dialect over there and therefore it's a valid comment.

I believe they should, even if it's a small amount. Implementing a test would be sufficient. Nothing pisses me off more than going to an establishment where the employee(s) don't understand me.

So campaign promises don't count as an official stance? Makes perfect sense considering it's Obama, I guess

As it blows the minds of rationally minded people that you and your lot can't see how this will affect nationalised and legal immigrants who just happen to be hispanic.

Yes, it makes so perfect sense to assume that all income tax that is sent in with errors in SSNs must come from illegals.
